NasrCapital FZE LLC does not provide services to customers under the Dubai Smart Home brand. Both licences are renewed annually. A copy of the current licence is available on request from support@dubaismarthome.ae.
3. How our service works
Dubai Smart Home designs smart-home systems and introduces customers to independent, licensed UAE mainland companies (our Partners) that supply the products and carry out the installation.
- What we do: consultation, system design, choosing and introducing the Partner, project coordination, system programming on the Partner's behalf, and after-sales help. This service is free to the customer.
- What the Partner does: quotes, supplies the products, carries out the installation, obtains the authority approvals the works need, gives the warranty, and invoices the customer, who pays the Partner directly.
- How we are paid: the Partner pays us a commission or referral fee. We do not sell products or installation to customers, and we do not collect payment for them.

4. Tax registration
Orbis Dynamics L.L.C-FZ is not currently registered for UAE Value Added Tax. If it registers under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax, its Tax Registration Number (TRN) will appear on this page. Invoices for products and installation are issued by the Partner, and the Partner's own VAT position applies to them.

6. Authorised signatory
The person authorised to bind Orbis Dynamics L.L.C-FZ is the Manager named on its trade licence. Their name and direct contact details are available on request via support@dubaismarthome.ae.
7. Complaint handling
We aim to resolve every complaint at first contact. If that is not possible, the path is:
- Step 1: Tell us. Email support@dubaismarthome.ae or call +971 50 506 1871. We acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within fifteen working days. This applies to complaints about a Partner's products or work too: raise it with us and we take it up with the Partner.
- Step 2: Escalate inside DSH. If you are not satisfied, ask for the matter to be escalated to the authorised signatory named in section 6. We aim to reply within ten further working days.
- Step 3: External escalation. Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023, you may raise the matter with:
- Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, Consumer Protection, hotline 600 545 555; or
- Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection at www.consumerrights.ae.
8. Online dispute resolution
For consumer transactions, we support online dispute resolution through the consumerrights.ae portal. For business-to-business disputes, the agreed forum is the courts of Dubai under UAE law, unless your contract names a different forum (for example DIFC Courts or DIAC arbitration). The contract takes priority over this page.
9. E-commerce and electronic transactions
When you sign a quote, accept a proposal, or pay an invoice through our website or portal, that record is treated as an electronic transaction under Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services. Electronic signatures captured through our portal are valid for accepting quotes, scheduling work, and acknowledging handover.
10. Copyright and brand
All content on dubaismarthome.ae, including text, photographs, drawings, schematics, and code, belongs to Orbis Dynamics L.L.C-FZ or its licensors and is protected by Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. You may not reuse, republish, or train AI models on this content without our written consent.
The "Dubai Smart Home" name and the DSH logo are brand names used by Orbis Dynamics L.L.C-FZ. All third-party trademarks named on this site (Lutron, Crestron, Control4, Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, Sonos, Josh.ai, UniFi, Hikvision, Axis, Avigilon, Mobotix, SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla, Span, Wallbox, ABB, and others) are the property of their respective owners and are used for reference only. Naming a brand does not mean we are its authorised dealer or partner unless we say so.
