The IACAD public prayer-times API is fetched daily at 03:00 and cached in Home Assistant. Five minutes before each Adhan the system pauses Sonos music, mutes TV audio over HDMI-CEC through the Crestron 4-Series CP4 processor, raises lights to 65% at 3000K and displays the Adhan time and qibla direction on the Crestron TSW-770 wall pad. Iftar minus 30 fires the dining-room scene. Quran-only zones during Fajr and Maghrib play Mishary Rashid Alafasy or Saud Al-Shuraim on Sonos in Al Barsha South majlis households.

Crestron, Lutron and Sonos Integration

Voice is a layer over the existing AV rack, not a replacement. Crestron Home over REST on a 4-Series CP4 processor. Lutron HomeWorks QSX or RadioRA 3 over the LEAP API. A team that surveys every voice room, captures the family voice profile, builds the rack off-site in Al Quoz, and tunes the system again on day thirty.

We start with two engineers on site for two days. A senior voice and AI lead and an acoustics engineer. Day one walks the villa with the homeowner. We map every voice room, every no-mic room (master bath, guest bath, maid’s room by request), and every hostile audio room (open courtyard, double-height majlis with marble, kitchen with a Wolf range pushing 78 dB SPL under the extractor). Bruel and Kjaer 2270 logs the ambient noise floor at NC-25 to NC-35. UMIK-2 into REW measures RT60 (marble majlis rooms read 1.2 to 1.4 seconds and need Armstrong Ultima Vector tiles or BASWA phon plaster). Day two captures the family voice profile in a 90-minute sit with the principals. Every member, every language, every nickname. AutoCAD 2026 array siting plan signed off.

Do you handle TDRA Type Approval and customs?

Grey-import HomePod 2 or Sonos Era 300 units from Dragon Mart fail compliance scanning, lack UAE 5GHz DFS firmware and lose warranty. We refuse them. Do you sign an NDA and a DPA?
