Gated villa clusters around the Earth and Fire courses, from Lime Tree Valley and Sienna Lakes to Jouri Hills. We design smart AC, pool and garden control, gate and camera control and shading for the course-view glass, with nothing that spoils the fairway view.

Dubai Smart Home designs home automation in Jumeirah Golf Estates, the gated golf community around the Earth and Fire courses. Most jobs add smart AC, pool and irrigation control, gate and camera control, motorised shading for course-facing glass and Wi-Fi across villas, townhouses and Al Andalus apartments. Exterior work is checked with the community first. Single upgrades start from AED 1,500.
What changes the price: the cluster and villa size, how much course-facing glass you shade, whether there is a pool, and whether the home is newly handed over.
Jumeirah Golf Estates, or JGE, sits in Me’aisem off Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, near Dubai Sports City. Its two Greg Norman courses, Earth and Fire, are run by Dubai Golf, and the Earth Course hosts the DP World Tour Championship each year. Homes sit in more than a dozen gated clusters, each built by a different developer in its own style: Lime Tree Valley first, then Sienna Lakes, Al Andalus, Sanctuary Falls in 2018 and Jouri Hills in 2025. Wasl manages the community and is building a new phase.
That spread of ages shapes smart home installation in JGE. The oldest villas are about fifteen years old, so wiring is usually in better shape than in Dubai’s older villa areas, while the newest homes are handed over bare. Almost every villa faces a fairway or a lake, so shading for big glass, cameras placed with care and gate control come up on most jobs. Anything visible from the course is checked with the community before it is fitted.
Villas here are laid out around fairway and lake views, with wide glass that takes the afternoon sun. Motorised curtains and blinds on a sun schedule keep rooms cooler and protect furniture, then open again in the evening.
Fairway-facing walls are the most visible part of a JGE villa. We plan discreet camera positions angled away from the course and neighbours, and check with the community before anything that can be seen from the fairway is fixed.
JGE keeps each cluster to its own architectural style, and exterior changes such as pergolas, façade fittings and pool works are reviewed before approval. Interior smart devices sit outside that. We ask the community about any outside work first.
Many villas have a private pool and a garden running down to the course or a lake. Pool pumps, lights and irrigation run on schedules from one app, with alerts if something stops while the family is away.
Lime Tree Valley, Sienna Lakes, Orange Lake and Sanctuary Falls were built by different developers in different styles and years. Switch boxes, AC and wiring vary from one cluster to the next, so we survey each home rather than use a standard plan.
Newer homes such as Jouri Hills, and the new estates Wasl is building, are handed over without smart features. The weeks before you move in are the easiest time to add cable, locks, climate control and Wi-Fi.
Interior smart devices usually need no approval in JGE. Anything on the outside, especially facing the course, is checked with the community first.
