Emaar sold Emirates Hills in 2003 as empty plots, and each owner hired their own architect. The result is around 600 homes where no two plans match: Mediterranean villas next to baroque palaces next to glass and concrete, across sectors such as E, H, J, L, P, R and W. Plots run from about 12,000 to 45,000 square feet, with pools, basements, staff quarters and parking for six cars or more.

Older mansions from the 2000s need careful retrofits around finished marble and joinery, while new rebuilds can be wired properly from the start. Approvals are different too, because each plot follows its own architectural controls rather than Emaar’s standard modification rules.

With built-up areas past 20,000 square feet, basements, staff wings and gardens, a single router covers a fraction of the house. A wired network with access points in each zone gives full coverage from the garage to the pool.
Emirates Hills sits outside Emaar’s standard home modification service. Each plot has its own architectural controls, so anything visible from outside, such as cameras, gates or garden lighting, needs checking against that plot’s rules first.
A household can include housekeepers, nannies, drivers, gardeners and pool staff. Each gets their own code or profile for the doors and hours they need, and every entry is logged.
Many owners want strong security without cameras that look into a neighbour’s plot or feel intrusive at home. We plan perimeter cameras, gate video and indoor privacy zones together, with recordings kept on your own equipment.
Plots facing the Montgomerie course have large gardens, pools and outdoor kitchens. Irrigation, pool equipment, garden lighting and outdoor audio can all run on schedules from the same app as the house.
