Sun is the one resource this country is not short of, and a folding panel is the cheapest way to extend a camping trip past the battery's limit. Two practical points for the UAE. First, panels lose output as they get hot, so a panel lying flat on hot sand performs worse than the same panel tilted with air behind it, and the kickstand is doing real work rather than being a convenience. Second, dust settles fast and a dusty panel loses a noticeable share of its output, so a wipe each morning is worth the minute it takes. Aim the panel south and adjust the tilt through the day if you want the full figure.
