It accepts either PoE or Wi-Fi, which is a genuine advantage: run a cable where you can and fall back to wireless where you cannot, without changing product. IP65 sealing and a manufacturer range of minus thirty to fifty degrees put it at the top of what any consumer camera here tolerates outdoors. It is a 4MP camera with an AI chip doing detection on the device rather than in a cloud service, which means face, vehicle, animal and package recognition run locally and keep working when the internet drops. It also acts as an Aqara Zigbee hub, so an outdoor camera can carry the sensors around the property.
