There is no keyhole. What happens in a power failure?

The lock runs on its own batteries, so a mains power cut does nothing to it. If the batteries themselves go flat, external contacts on the outside of the lock take a standard 9V battery held against them, which powers the keypad long enough to enter your code. Keep a 9V in the car, not in the house.

Does it work with Apple Home or Alexa?

Can I open the door by asking Google?

You can lock it by voice. Opening by voice is restricted, as it is on Apple and Amazon, because a spoken command carries through a closed door. Entry is by keypad code or an authenticated action in the app.
