The bifacial design suits UAE terrain better than it suits most places, because pale sand and bright gravel throw back a real amount of light onto the rear cells, and a panel raised slightly off the ground collects more of it than one laid flat. Heat still works against you: output falls as the cells warm, so tilt the panel and leave air behind it rather than resting it on hot ground. Dust is the other daily tax, and a quick wipe each morning recovers output you would otherwise lose without noticing.
