Palm vein entry, a 2K 180 degree camera and 32GB of storage in one unit, for a door bored like an American one.
Buy the Veno Pro only if your front door can take a US style bored deadbolt, because that is what it is. On the standard Dubai mortise door it will not fit, and no adapter changes that. Get past the fit question and this is the most complete lock Lockin sells. One unit holds a palm vein reader, a 2K camera with a 180 degree view, a doorbell with two way talk and 32GB of storage for the clips. You hold a hand near the panel and it reads the vein pattern under your skin in about a fifth of a second, so sandy hands, wet hands and worn fingerprints stop being the reason the door will not open. The camera looks from head to foot as well as side to side, so you see the courier and the parcel he left on the mat, not just the top of a cap. Radar and a PIR sensor sort people from cars and boxes, which cuts the useless alerts a cheap doorbell throws at you all day. Everything records inside the lock, so there is no cloud plan, no monthly fee, and the footage stays in your home. Against the Veno Plus we already list, the Pro adds the wider camera, the on board sorting of what it sees, a bigger battery and the 32GB store. The Plus is the cheaper pick if you only want palm entry and a bell. We fit the Pro, and we will tell you on the phone if your door is wrong for it.

The fit question decides everything here. The Veno Pro is a bored deadbolt built for a 35mm to 55mm timber door with a 54mm cross hole and a 60mm or 70mm backset. That is an American door. Most Dubai apartment and villa entrances carry a European mortise body with a euro cylinder, and the Veno Pro will not drop into one. Fire rated apartment doors in towers are a second stop sign, because cutting a new hole voids the door certificate and building management will not allow it. Tenants need the landlord in writing before anything is drilled. On the good side, the outer panel is IP65 and rated to 70C, so a shaded villa entrance in Al Barsha or Arabian Ranches is fine. A door in full afternoon sun will still cook the battery and shorten the three month figure. DEWA cuts do not stop it, since the lock runs on its own cell.
Lockin in the UAE. Sold through UAE smart home retail. Its palm-vein and finger-vein locks read blood-vessel patterns rather than a fingerprint surface, which is a class of lock most brands here do not offer.
