The PetKit EverSweet Solo 2 is a small water fountain that keeps your cat or small dog drinking fresh, moving water instead of a stale bowl. The 2L tank lasts one or two pets about 8 to 10 days between refills. A submersible pump pushes water through a three-stage filter, so hair, dust and odours get caught before your pet drinks. The pump is rated under 25dB, quiet enough to sit in a bedroom or a quiet corner without buzzing at night. You control it through the PetKit app over Bluetooth. The app shows the water level, how many days of filter life are left, and which of the three modes is running: Smart, Normal or Night. Because it uses Bluetooth and not Wi-Fi, you check it when your phone is nearby, not from the office. That keeps the price low but limits remote monitoring. For Dubai homes it suits an apartment or a single villa floor where someone is around most days. Renters like it because there is nothing to install or drill. It runs on USB power and must stay plugged in, so keep it near a socket. Dubai tap water is safe but hard, with a high mineral content that leaves scale and helps algae grow faster in warm rooms. That makes the four-week filter change and a regular scrub more important here than in cooler climates. In summer pets drink more, so check the 2L tank every few days rather than waiting the full week. The fountain runs on a USB cable at 5V, but the box has no wall plug, so use a spare 5V USB adapter with your Type-G socket, the same kind that charges a phone. Keep it indoors, out of direct sun and away from dusty balconies, since fine Dubai dust settles on the water surface and clogs the pump sooner. Wi-Fi range is not a concern because the app uses Bluetooth, so your router reaching across a big villa does not matter.
