A single-phase inverter, and that fact decides whether it is right for you before any other specification matters. On a townhouse, an apartment or a smaller connection supplied at 230V single phase, 12kW and a 48V battery bus at AED 3,391 is strong value. On a standard Dubai villa fed at 400V three phase, it will not commission and should not be quoted. That is worth stating plainly because single-phase inverters are cheap per kilowatt and turn up in villa quotations regularly, where they either get returned or get installed badly. Check the incoming supply before anything else. Establish the phase configuration before this inverter is considered. Most Dubai villas are supplied at 400V three phase, and a single-phase unit will not commission on that supply, so this model belongs on townhouses, apartments and smaller connections at 230V single phase. Get that wrong and the hardware goes back. AED 3,391 is the live ex-VAT checkout price at Maxima Solar in Dubai. The properties this inverter suits are frequently the ones that cannot use Shams Dubai in the first place: net metering requires freehold ownership and a DEWA-enrolled contractor, and an apartment resident or a tenant has neither the title nor the roof. That is not a dead end, it is a different project. A 48V battery bank charged from a modest array or from off-peak grid supply gives backup and load shifting without any DEWA application, and this inverter is a cheap way in. For a villa, move up to a three-phase model.
