Victron is the platform we suggest when a client cannot or does not want to go through DEWA. Shams Dubai net metering requires freehold ownership of the property, a developer NOC inside master-planned communities and a DEWA-enrolled contractor to submit and connect. A tenant has none of those. An off-grid or battery backup system has no DEWA interconnection, so none of it applies, and Victron is built for exactly that work. On a three-phase villa, remember that one unit is single phase: three are configured together for a genuine three-phase system, and that is standard practice among UAE off-grid installers rather than an improvisation.
