Eight circuits measured separately, so cooling, water heating and the pool pump stop being one number.

The unit that answers which circuit rather than how much. A whole-property monitor bundled with eight 50A current-transformer sensors, so the main feed and eight individual circuits are each reported as their own line in the app. That distinction is the entire point of paying more than a single-clamp meter costs. A whole-home reading tells you the villa used 90 kilowatt-hours yesterday, which you already suspected from the DEWA bill. Circuit-level data tells you the pool pump took 12 of them and the water heater took 9, and those are numbers you can do something about. It also lets you prove a change worked: adjust a timer, look at that circuit tomorrow, see whether the line moved. Solar and net metering measurement is supported, so an installation that adds panels later stays visible in the same app. Connection is Wi-Fi to the companion app. Fitting means the main clamps and eight circuit clamps go inside the distribution board around live conductors, which is a licensed electrician's job and takes longer than a single-clamp unit.

This is the monitor for a Dubai villa where the bill is large and nobody can say why. In a typical villa here the eight sensors go on the AC circuits, the water heaters, the pool pump, irrigation and the kitchen, and within a week the shape of the bill is obvious. Cooling almost always dominates, but the surprises are usually the loads that run to a timer nobody has looked at since handover. A DEWA bill cannot tell you any of this, because it is one figure for the whole property. Installation is longer than for a single-clamp unit, because nine clamps have to be fitted around individual circuit conductors inside the board, and space in a domestic distribution board is often tight. We survey the board first and confirm which circuits are worth the sensors. All of this is licensed electrician work.
