Track is the right answer when several heads need one supply and the layout may change later. That is a common position in Dubai apartments with concrete soffits, and in villa rooms where the art, the joinery or the furniture will move before the lighting does. A track fed from a single ceiling point carries multiple H1 Pro heads, each dimming independently in the Aqara app, each aiming at whatever it is meant to light. Adding a head later takes minutes and no dust. It runs on Zigbee through an Aqara hub, so the heads sit in the same scenes as the wall switches and spots, and tunable white gives you a cool working light over a kitchen run and a warm low setting for the evening from the same fitting. Two things worth planning. Track is visible architecture, so its line should follow the room rather than fight it, which means agreeing the run on the reflected ceiling plan and not on site. And the price shown here spans the range from a single head to a fuller configuration, so the quote depends on head count and track length rather than on one number.

Concrete soffits in Dubai apartment towers make individual ceiling points expensive, and track turns that problem into one supply and a mounted rail. In villas we specify it over kitchen islands, along gallery walls and in majlis spaces where the seating layout is likely to be rearranged. Agree the track line on the ceiling plan during the fit-out, because a rail set at the wrong distance from the wall throws its beams at the skirting instead of the art. Head count drives the cost more than track length, so decide how many surfaces genuinely need lighting before signing off a run.
